As a Platform Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining the vision, roadmap, and strategy for the BidMachine platform.
You will be responsible for developing Self-service automation, Billing automation, UI/UX, and integration with the holding and third-party IT systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver scalable and innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities for our advertising platform products. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and stay abreast of industry trends to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Feature Prioritization: Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize feature development based on customer needs, market demand, and business impact. Define clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process and ensure successful delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to align on product priorities, timelines, and go-to-market strategies. Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and drive consensus on product decisions.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Drive agile development processes, conduct sprint planning, and oversee product releases to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and advocate for customer-centric solutions that enhance the overall user experience.
- Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of our platform products. Monitor product performance, conduct data analysis, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
- Industry Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AdTech and digital advertising platforms. Share insights internally and externally through presentations, thought leadership articles, and participation in industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years) in product management roles, focusing on AdTech, Mobile, or digital advertising.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of platform architecture, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience launching products that have found distribution or commercial success
- Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, prioritize features, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis.
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering exceptional user experiences in digital advertising.
- High level of English.
